Health, Economic Growth, and Poverty Reduction : The Report of Working Group 1 of the Commission on Macroeconomics and Health

The Commission on Macroeconomics and Health findings are based heavily on the crucial work of the six working groups each of which was responsible for taking stock of existing knowledge base on a particular topic in order to identify implications for policy and for extending that knowledge base as appropriate. Working group 1 Health Economic Growth and Poverty Reduction addressed the impact of health investments on poverty reduction and economic growth.
