This second edition of the Dictionary: Sport - Physical Education - Sport Science presents a new and improved version of its first edition. The new two-column layout makes the information provided in it more accessible to the reader. For rules and regulations within the major sport disciplines, website addresses of the relevant federations are provided. To facilitate the use of this dictionary for an international audience, a translation of the English terms into twelve languages is included on a CD accompanying the volume. Furthermore, the list of sport-related dictionaries has been updated and extended.
