Make It Better with Cranberries Cookbook 2013

The ¿Make It Better With Cranberries¿ cooking contest lets cooks of all ages show their stuff with Massachusetts¿ official fruit and win great prizes! Co-sponsored by the A. D. Makepeace Company and Cape Cod Cranberry Growers¿ Association, the contest also generated this book of recipe entries, Make It Better With Cranberries Cookbook 2013. In the fourth annual contest, first, second, and third place winners were selected in both home chef and student/youth categories. First place winners in each category received a $200 ¿shopping spree¿ at Trucchi¿s Supermarkets, with locations in Abington, Middleborough, New Bedford, Taunton, and West Bridgewater. Second place winners received a $50 VISA® gift card. Third place winner in the home chef category received a one-year subscription to edible South Shore, a quarterly magazine that celebrates the abundance of local foods in Southeastern Massachusetts; the student/youth winner received a $25 VISA® gift card.
