A Taste of Berks County

"A Taste of Berks County, Pennsylvania" is a montage of traditional "Pennsylvania Dutch"recipes and tips for cooking learned through experience, plus illustrated poetry of historical and present day events and locale in the county. The author is award-winning poet, Ann Gasser,who was born here in the early "twenties" and has lived here all her life.
