The Constantia Uitsig wine farm spreads across the foothills of the Constantiaberg in Cape Town and dates from 1796. This book offers a glimpse of the historic farm, but the main part is devoted to the Constantia Uitsig Restaurant which serves Mediterranean food with a South African twist.
