2005 Water Utility Compensation Survey

This annually updated survey contains information on salary levels and trends, benefits, incentives, performance, awards and more. The data is based on over 1,012 surveys of water and wastewater utilities throughout the US, who provided data on 9,713 employee and 45 positions. Data is summarized by type of utility ownership (city/county, board operated, private, or other), utility size (population served), location, and average gallons managed.
