This is a self-help book that is based on the authors real-life experiences, best described in the following synopsis: On a rainy February night, my car slid on an icy road, into the path of an on-coming car. The 65 MPH accident sent me into a new dimension. My physical injuries included severe trauma to my brain, numerous sprains, dislocations, cuts and bruises. I was in a coma for one month. When I regained consciousness, my paralyzed body and my inability to speak terrorized me. I returned to conscious life to my current age, but those horrible losses panicked me and forced me to hunt for shelter elsewhere. I sought refuge in my two and a half year old mind. The road to my comeback was most uncertain and this book describes that journey. I wrote my story to explain that my alien comeback rally was actually un-extraordinary. It was simply a do-able, long-term, calculated response to tragedy, a way to address post traumatic stress. This is why I tell my tale. This is my proven method, one way that worked for me. With persistence and creativity anyone can find their future. However, when courage and endurance have nowhere to go, resolution weakens. This book describes the direction that took me through this arduous journey. My education and nurtured curiosity helped me discover the process that worked for me ..... one that used "The Improvised Force." The methods and techniques the author used are summarized in the last chapter of the book, to aid others in dealing with life-changing events that may occur in their lives.
