South Park, Colorado : Nature's Paradise

Journey into the high country from spring's awakening nature, to summer's wildflower season, then on through fall's magnificent golden foliage and finally into winter's Rocky Mountain solitude. South Park, Colorado displays its splendor throughout the seasons as it has for centuries. Located in the center of Colorado, South Park is more than 1,000 square miles of prairies, grassy plains and gentle hills around the headwaters of the South Platte River. It is surrounded by high mountain peaks from 13,000 to over 14,000 feet high. In this continuation of a series on South Park, Bernie and Linda Nagy display more than 250 photographs of the wildflowers, wildlife and landscapes captured throughout the seasons.
