SME Exports and Public Policies in Mauritius

This is a study of small firm restructuring in Africa's most successful export-oriented economy. It contains: a framework for analyzing small firm exports and policies, an analysis of small firm export performance, an examination of the impact of liberalization policies and support institutions on small firm exporting and a strategy for developing small firm exports from Mauritius.
