Liberalizing Global Trade in Energy Services

Globalization, privatization and liberalization are changing the services to the energy sector. Global trade negotiations have not encompassed all ramifications of the sector, which is vital to the world economy. This work examines efforts to deepen trade commitments regarding energy services.
