Pharmacology Patient Teaching Guides

This product consists of a binder with more than 200 two-page patient education sheets on the most commonly administered medications in all settings, including inpatient, outpatient, community, home and other ambulatory settings. Written from the patient's perspective at an 8th grade reading level, guides are designed for the health care provider to copy and give to the patient/family. Content is divided into six main subdivisions separated by tabs.
