It claims that the multiparameter approach, considering the synergy of different types of precursors, opens the way to reliable, short-term earthquake forecasting. The purpose of the book is to widen the understanding of the earthquake preparation process and to inform to audience that not only seismometers are necessary for earthquake forecasting.
