Interface is the electronic journal of the Berglund Center for Internet Studies at Pacific University, Oregon. The Berglund Center facilitates both theoretical discussion and practical action relating to the impact of the Internet upon individuals and their communities worldwide. We are interested in the effects of the Internet on the ways we work, communicate, teach, and learn. This journal is a presentation of articles as they were presented through our website (bcis.pacificu.edu) during the 2009 calendar year. Articles on Gaming, Social Networking, Security, Education, Health, Computing and Computer Technology are a few of the areas presented by a wide variety of authors. Some of the featured articles are: Crowdsourcing: Leveraging Your Social Networks, by Michael Geraci, Pacific University, Oregon One-Cloud Schoolhouse: A Primer on the Application of the Cloud Computing Model to K-12 Education, by D. Antonio Cant of Bradley University. Web 2.0: How the Web got Loose, by Jeff Cain of University of Kentucky
