The book is divided into three sections. Part one covers GnRH agonists and therapeutics, part two covers progestational therapy of benign gynaecologic disease, and part three covers hormone replacement therapy and menopause. Insurance companies, HMO's and the like are reluctant to grant surgery unless all non-surgical techniques and options have been exhausted.
